Terms & Conditions

Promoter: SISU Wines Pty Ltd (“Promoter”) in partnership with Barrenjoey Farm and Richmond Botanicals Co.

1. Competition Period

The competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 29 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 12 July 2026 (“Competition Period”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members and associated agencies of SISU Wines, Barrenjoey Farm and Richmond Botanicals Co are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must be able to travel to Tasmania at their own expense to redeem applicable prize components.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:

• Complete and submit the official competition entry form via the SISU Wines website. https://www.sisuwines.com.au/winter-giveaway

Entries that do not satisfy all entry requirements may be deemed invalid.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted during the Competition Period.

4. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize package available, comprising:

A. One-Year Gunnings Custom Wine Club Membership

• Twelve (12) bottles delivered twice annually (24 bottles total over 12 months).
• Total wine value up to $1,320.
• Includes standard Gunnings Club member benefits for the duration of the membership.

B. Private Vineyard & Winery Tour

• Exclusive vineyard and winery tour for up to six (6) guests.
• Hosted by SISU Wines Vigneron Jake Sheedy where available.
• Valued at $750.

SISU Wines will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s preferred date; however, Jake Sheedy’s attendance cannot be guaranteed and another suitably qualified SISU Wines representative may conduct the tour.

C. SISU Lunch Experience

• Lunch for up to six (6) guests at SISU Wines including:
• Two (2) bottles of SISU wine
• Four (4) stone-baked pizzas
• Three (3) cheese and charcuterie boards
• Total value: $315.

D. Barrenjoey Farm Stay

• Two (2) nights accommodation at Barrenjoey Farm for up to six (6) guests.
• Subject to availability.
• Value: $3,000.

E. Richmond Botanicals Co Product Pack

• Richmond Botanicals Co products valued at $400.

Total Prize Pool Value: Up to AUD $5,785.

5. Prize Conditions

Prize components must be booked and redeemed by 31 October 2026.

All bookings are subject to availability.

Accommodation blackout periods may apply.

The winner is responsible for all travel costs, transfers, meals, beverages and incidental expenses not expressly included in the prize.

Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

If any prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place on 14th July 2026.

The winner will be notified via the email address supplied on the entry form within five (5) business days of the draw.

The winner’s name may also be announced via SISU Wines, Barrenjoey Farm and Richmond Botanical’s social media channels.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility relating to the promotion.

9. Privacy

By entering the competition, entrants consent to SISU Wines collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner and fulfilling prize obligations.

Entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications, special offers and updates from SISU Wines, Barrenjoey Farm and Richmond Botanicals Co by selecting the relevant checkbox on the entry form. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of entry.

Entrants who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility included in those communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the privacy policies of SISU Wines, Barrenjoey Farm and Richmond Botanicals Co.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and prize partners accept no responsibility for:

Late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries;

Technical malfunctions affecting entry submission;

Any injury, loss or damage suffered in connection with accepting or using the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
