Q: Do I need to book an appointment for a tasting at your cellar door?

A: Bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment, though not mandatory for small groups. For groups of six or more, bookings are required.

If we are at capacity when you arrive and you don’t have a booking, we cannot guarantee a tasting will be possible. Should space allow, we’ll be happy to offer a seat to enjoy wine by the glass or bottle. Otherwise, we’d be delighted to help arrange a booking for another day and time.

 

Q: Do you offer group tastings?

A: Yes. Bookings are required for groups of six or more to ensure a seamless experience.

 

Q: What can I expect during a tasting?

A: Enjoy a guided journey through our wines, learning about the vineyard, winemaking techniques, and the unique character of each vintage. Tastings are conducted in the comfort of our cellar door and typically last around one hour.

 

Q: Is your cellar door pet-friendly?

A: For the comfort of all guests, tastings are held indoors. We regret that pets cannot be accommodated, with the exception of service animals.

 

Q: Do you host private events?

A: Our tasting room is scheduled to open in Summer 2025. We’d be delighted to discuss your event requirements once we open our doors.

 

Q: Do you offer tours of the vineyard and winery?

A: Yes, tours are available by appointment only and are subject to staff availability and seasonal demands.

 

Q: Are your wines vegan-friendly?

A: Yes, all of our wines are vegan-friendly.

 

Q: Do you use environmentally sustainable practices?

A: Our vineyard and winery are proudly certified sustainable by Sustainable Winegrowing Australia and VinØ. Sustainability and caring for the land for future generations is a founding principle of Sisu Wines.

 

Q: Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

A: Absolutely! Give the gift of discovery – our gift cards let wine lovers explore SISU, either through a tasting experience or by having our wines delivered straight to their door.

 

Q: What is your refund or exchange policy?

A: We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for wine that does not suit personal taste.

All orders are packed and shipped with care, but in the rare event that your wine arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and notify us of any damage on the day of receipt.

Refunds are processed within four weeks of returning your package. This timeframe accounts for delivery to us (5–10 business days), processing (3–5 business days), and your bank’s completion of the transaction (5–10 business days).

 

Q: How can I change or cancel my order?

A: Please phone us on 0448 885 695 or email info@sisuwines.com.au. If your order has not been shipped, we can modify or cancel it. Once shipped, we cannot provide an exchange or refund unless the items are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
